2 | Guest Registration (BMG §29)
In Germany, hosts are legally required to record certain guest data:
What Must the Host Record?
- Full name
- Address
- Arrival and departure date
- Nationality
- ID number (for foreign guests)
What Does This Mean for You as a Guest?
- You must provide your data upon booking - the host is required to retain it (§29 BMG).
- The host may only use the data for registration purposes and must delete it after the legal retention period.
- You have the right to information at any time - ask the host if you want to know what data is stored.

ℹ️ Note: Some hosts use digital registration forms, where data transmission is GDPR-compliant encrypted.
3 | Cancellation & Withdrawal
General Terms and Conditions
Cancellation conditions are set individually by each host. Typical conditions:

Right of Withdrawal
Note for consumers: According to §312g BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for services with a fixed appointment (e.g. booked time slot in a playroom). The host's conditions apply.
4 | Age Verification
- Some playrooms require age verification on site (minimum age 18 years).
- If in doubt, the host may ask for ID.
- My Playrooms itself does not store copies of ID documents.
5 | Your Rights as a Guest (GDPR)
